Are we still such a clannish society that people have the mind set of "this is mine/ours", this "thing" that we hold so dear it can not be changed because we hold tightly onto the tired and worn security blanket called tradition? How much ignorance and pettiness can we guzzle back before we realize we are drunk on out own self importance?!

It was fine until they banned it for purposes of membership this of course crates a snowballing effect, and the harsh and petty mentalities overflow into converting by force if need be those who have a faith unlike yours.

This means that Tradition like Hell like God with the big G and religion are what we the individual make of it, blind petty ignorance is not something we should so gleefully cling to, I say God and Hell is for the believer, why? because the unbeliever is a believer in something and that something gives them faith either be it nihilism or Nondenominational churches that don't worry about what god you worship as long as you worship.

As for Hell and Sin its really simple its "for the believer" but beyond that its not the Damnation thats the issue thats not mans place to say and judging leads you on the road of damnation, what is required is a mitigation of sin we all sin everyday because we are flawed creatures called humans. Who you sleep is is not the problem the number can be tho as you might be trying to hard to not find yourself while you enthrall yourself in another but still if you are trying to balance sin with humbleness and kindness then you are mitigating it and the first one to say otherwise must be with out sin because they are casting stony words of judgment...

I'll end saying this (to stop myself from rambling on a few more paragraphs :P) The disdain for gays is built on a house of lies the church didn't care about such things until it became an "operational"(monetary) issue, modern society calls it taboo that leads to promiscuity yet the church system is fought with pedophiles that get protected by it to save the image of the church, the psychology and the facts show being gay is normal for humans as we are complicated beings beyond the term animal we are creatures of heart and soul more than animals made of base instinct.

I been writing on and off the last few days over, however I think I have said the same thing above, this is what I have had on my mind over the gay issue.

The whole disdain for gays is a misconstruction of a misconstursion compounded by blind tradition its never been about male/male female/female thats the new tradition set upon the old church, needed to weed out alternative faiths (IE paganism).

Lets boil it down its not gayness thats offensive its promiscuity and if gayness or religion for that matter truly bothers you,you have a lot of issues.
