Anyone play this? I got my hands on a 10$ copy and so far have mixed feelings, love the theme/setting the low gravity feel and destructible environments. On strong attacks he can send a enemy flying across the area into other objects or into the ground not much aiming to this mostly just smacking stuff around, also he can destroy a tree, statue, light, wall, ect,ect and have the debris damage enemies and other things on its way down.

Maybe it will lessen after I gain a few levels and gather some equipment the life timer is annoying despite that it’s like any other 3rd person action adventure game… only with Japanese voice tracks, yes my friends you have the choice of tone deaf long pausing struggling for words English ( 6/10 dubbing so far) or the wonderful and precisely poetic Japanese voice tracks…written dialog sadly is still the same English text.

As I play I find a few not so great things the AI is dim, the main character can’t block, can dash only at above 10-15% health, is on a timer a health timer none the less, nothing like draconian game play mechanics to really screw up a otherwise ok game.
BTW I hate butt cams in 3rd person games…. I do not wish to see the details of my characters back side..I want to see them beat the sht out of things the camera needs to go at least 40% further back.
And one last gripe I LOATH cookie cutter configurations the attack/spell buttons are all wrong for me but I am coping. :P
It does give vibes of a cross between Soul Reaver and Onimusha , well worth checking it out if you like odd 3rd person action adventure games.
