Holy ****ing police ****ing brutality Batman!

Jesus H. Tapdancing Christ... So this guy (a bit of a loon, ok) asks a dumb question about membership in secret societies at a John Kerry pit stop. A guy in a suit moves off camera making "shut it off" gestures at the mic controller, and then the cops drag him away. Not ask him to leave. Not confront him, just grab & drag.

Even Kerry is saying "hey, let him up, I'd like to answer his question".

And then, to top it all off, when he's lying on the ground yelling "why are you arresting me?", he's being pinned down by 4-5 cops, one of them tazers him, presumably for resisting being cuffed. "Don't taze me bro, no, no, AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRGHHH".

At this point the crowd starts to freak out.

EDIT: Ok, so apparently what's missing is WHY those cops were 5 feet away from him, and that's because he pushed forward and demanded his question be answered. Kerry agreed to let him answer his question.

Still, it's not the removal that has everyone up in arms, but the fact that after a scrawny guy is pinned down by 5 cops and THEN they tazer him? That's just overkill.

The conservative media is of course focusing on the "well he was a nutjob so they were probably just worried about security".

If you look at the video though, it's clear they're "not really" pinning him, and are more just preventing him from getting up, and so the tazering is more punishment than necessary for immobilization. "STFU and lie still or I'll zap you"

Here's another angle (although it's further away and very pixelated), but it has his entire "why didn't you contest the election and call for Bush's impeachment."

Listening to the question, he just asked whether Kerry was a member of the same "Skull and Bones Society" that Bush was in the Ivy League...
