Iraq
Would not have happened and if Sadam manages to piss of a non waring Admin it would have been quick and over with the UN playing police with the US for awhile after a year at most everyone withdraws and whatever goverment that is in place would have been over thrown, replaced by a group we can freely bomb at range.

Afghanistan
Since we would not have wasted time+money+lives in iraq it would be realivly secured and the US would help run the border and work out any hot spots in country with the UN...at least we can count on the UN to play border patrol like we do in the states...*sigh*.....sure we will do most of the work... least they can keep the popy fields down they can do that much....

Personal Rights
instead of claiming domestic terrorist the new agenties will be better at not talking to each other and watching over the public..like the current new agencies... while the polis focus on protecting youth from learning in school and media in general welcome to the Amerika comrade@
the reps wont mind hell they will up the anty and between them both the US will be protected from new forms of media and the media mafia will be very very pleased for they can buy the restrictions placed on the old media while making sure the new media can fit to new "protection" standards (think DRM for ages) .

Its funny when you think about it the only real changes is Iraq and I am 90% sure the free boarder or amnesty for all would be enacted quickly the rest of it would be switching from rep issues to neo dem issues and don't think for a second neo dems don't cling to censorship ,between them and reps who already love it we is doomed....
