I'm looking to set up a torrent tracker on my site. I think this will be the best solution for what I need done. I don't know if you're familiar with the site designs of either OiNK, IndieTorrents, etc. but it would seem like the forums encompass the entire site. Torrents are listed and posted using bbCode and there are comments allowed, there's a blog and polls that all tie to the forums, which retain the same template as the rest of the site, etc. etc. I'm probably describing it bad.

The point is, I'm pretty sure it's all centered around vB because that's the only BB software I can think of that's powerful enough. I need to know if it's worth the exorbitant price to get vB and build a template and do all that work. You should tell me everything you know on the subject matter. If you do, I'll give you a cookie.
