"Patricia Koluch says she went to talk to Cape Fear Middle School principal Leah Dove Thursday about an incident that morning at the school involving her son.
But she says Dove refused to talk to her and that later Dove grabbed her by the shoulders and pushed her out of the office. "
"Koluch said, "And I said, Mrs. Dove, I am extremely upset. I do not want you near my son anymore. ""
That's a very disturbing comment. At first, I thought maybe the son was in trouble for something. But that comment implies something else.
It also concerns me that the deputy felt he had to call the school board regarding the assault. As far as I'm concerned, the mother did the right thing in calling 911.
The TV news also indicates they went to the school and asked the principal for comment and the principal told them she didn't have the authority and demanded they leave the school.
Frankly, I'm feeling like there is some cover up going on. Maybe I'm wrong. But what information there is certainly points to something rather unpleasant.
