so we by default by 2% on recording items CDs CD recorder's I wonder if this has been updated to DVDs....of coarse the DMCA still frowns on dvd copying... we need to expand on this to "tax" acouple more things and make it so shearing will become as legal as personal archiving with making a profit off the sale of copies always illegal.
