being a large corperation and having power and having the ability to slight the law in its favor or decimate fair use under the DMCA,they need to go as any over the top anti consumer agency should,the very fact they refuse to adapt doubles the reason why they need to go.

You can not make money from it and current orginizations that "share" this info need to either be 100% free (no ads,sponsors,ect)

Since the media mafia is world wide but not "whole" or complete organization basic guidelines need to be setup

2.Any individual/group/site not following the rules of these guidelines is not protected by them.
(this gives them the ability to hound things not following the rules)
3.Any corperation to sue a individual/group/site who is not MAKING MONEY (making more than 5$ a day over up keep costs) will be fined 2 Milloin or 2X the TOTAL leagle cost (whichever covers the leaglefees of the defendants) the of all parties involved the individual/group/site will have their leagle fees paid.
(this makes sure they follow the rules)
4.the selling of copies is illicit all money made from sales will be taken properties and such liquidated (kinda like drug sellers the fines and time might be less but they lose everything they gained from the sells)
5.the shearing of media by friends,family,ect will be unrestricted
groups and mass shearing events the shearing of physical data stored on any physical device is illicit and can be fined up to 1$ per 5GB of data
the sell of used computers and any software therein protected
if the ordianils discs are lost, individuals are not effected (individual=under 4 computers a year)
business that sell sued computers need to make sure they have the ordianils.
6.Corporations and IP/CP holders threw the shearing of IP/CP threw contracts can create premium services,and can share anyhting as long as they have a FREE service (this service can have crappy bandwidth and have a high chance at virus and such)
