So I called today abotu my billing issues I singed up at the start of this month 2 weeks later it was installed I fund out that Sat hardware works fcking GRAT at the most i have had 4 2-10min outages and a maybe 1 20 min one,it works fine thru most rain storms its almost as reliable as the phone line out here I had at least one storm where the sat was ok and the phone was off.

Heres the kicker tho their oh so lovely fcket (fap bucket),this thing of corporate greed knees your connection down to 60KBS oh sorry thats 6KBS dailup like speed,they use thos funny higher numbers to confuse you ,in any case I have a fcket of 400ish MB bascily means after than it "recharges" the fcket at a rate of 5KBS you do the math , it aint pretty you can simply unplug it and let it refills faster but much like that TV show THEY ARE IN CONTROL I need to start montioring my bandwidth so I know they are not taking me for a ride >>

I am on their highest non business plan its 89 a month,and after talking to 4 diffrent people it seems their "plans" are tied to the hardware ,so even tho my so even tho my hardware can do 120KBS thats the "real" number and yet I cant move up a plan.
Business plans are 99 a month for 500/6 (I am on 400/5) and 190 for 1500/15.
Hughenet is also over selling them selfs as well as uping thier throttle backs,its all rather funny and annoying becuse I would gladly pay 50 more than what I am for a 800/15 with a max speed of 60KBS,streaming and decent download times dont need more than that,and you know there are alot of people that will pay more to get alittle more and yet they would rather not.
