This thread is going to be a little diffrent. Instead of Jack thompson(Who, by the way, is responsible for the existance of the GP forums, our increased banning technologies, insider information into various court cases and legislative bouts, and most importantly, MY membership on this forum) We will be discussing another facinating personality in the debate over games.

Dennis Mcauley.

The ECA’s political correspondent.

GP.

Our lord and master.

The coolest jouralist ever.

Yes everyone, one day, a brilliant man named dennis, who liked games and politics, decided that has going to make a blog about it. “Hey, i’m going to make a blog about it!” he probably said.

And thus, he made this awesome community, filled with such colorful posters as the Outgoing Thefreman, the strange Kurisu, the sinister demontestament, the verbally challenged yet endearing Zippy, and the Psychotic and perverted yet humorus KN. It was even visited by such people as tom buscalgia, the author of smartbomb, the creator of super columbine massacre, and other personalities.

First off, it would be great if someone could observe, and perhaps improve, this wiki/uncylopedia articles....

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gamepolitics
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dennis_McCauley
http://uncyclopedia.org/wiki/GamePolitics

I find the wikipedia ones to be lacking in information, but what’s intresting in the uncyclopedia article is that dennis is referred to as”Denise Mkculken”.

Anyway, if noone wants to edit those articles, don’t break a sweat.

And I thought I was unstable.

Anyway, I think it's impressive that Dennis, through the site, was able to bring together a variety of diverse peoples, of different natures, thought process, and ideals, and unify them into a community.

That I, a very passionate and sometimes violent defender of games can get along with far more moderate members of the forum is proof that this site can get even heavily divided peoples together.

Dennis RULES!!!.

We can thank Dennis for a obviously biased- but polite site.

We should specify that the main site is unbiased, imo.

I have to agree. When I joined the only person I really disliked as anti-gamer was you-know-who but since then I learned about all the other anti-gaming people who either have more popularity and are able to mislead others without trouble, to those in a more position of power to attempt to draft videogame bills. My eyes are opened to the other anti-gaming people out there. Those especally in politics. Something, I haven't paid much attation to before.

Becuase of Dennis we have a safer troll free message board and and easy way to see what bill what state is comming out with the help of the up to date news stories and the Legislation Tracker. Visiting Gamepolitics.com is a part of my daily routine.

Speaking of the Legislation Tracker. I cannot find it or Frappr on the main page. Are they still supported?
