No, that's not what this thing says, but you get the feeling this is what is really happening in Cuba. Too bad he'll be replaced by someone equally old and probably equally corrupted.

Why can't they go to complete communism yet? I mean, the Dictatorship of the Proletariat is only supposed to last for so long...

Time has no place with people like Fidel, it is over when he says it is over. It is like the Five more minuets of sleep thing, you keep saying you will get up but by the time you do you are 2 hours late for work.
