Oblivion mods.. need now... please?

I'm looking for a good oblivion mod that does a bunch of stuff in itself. Like one that adds new races, limits the levels of monsters, and makes the game prettier. Maybe does some other special stuff.. but is like one big mod so that i dont have to make sure that it is compatible with all the things it is suppose to do.

Any good ones out there?

Go get Maximum PC's PC Gaming Hardware guide (Winter 2007). It has a ton of them towards the back.
