There is a link on CNN.com that reads what the title of this thread says. ****ty thing it that is to a video link so I am unable to watch it and understand what the hell the link means. Can someone please watch it and post the jist of it on here?

at least post a link to it I cant find anything I came apon some anti gambling things on goggle but nothing like you are implying.

O.o then why didn't they say so!? I was afraid that somehow Online play was going to be banned in the US. Thank god it is only Online Casions, now maybe I won't get all those damned pop ups.

Because they are not gamers.
I dont know like they will actuality sue someone for going to a online gambling site and spending their money on it when it is in a different country..
The gambling industry has been calling itself 'the gaming industry' for a very long time. That's why they refered to it as that.

Wouldn't this hurt the industry more making everyone go to less and less legit online places to get their fix?

That's the next step. As soon as they realize that some people are making money off online gaming, they'll either tax the hell out of it or make it illegal (which were the two plans going around for Online Casinos). Personnaly, I find it stupid that they're banning online casinos in the United States, because it simply means those casinos will now move away from legit servers with legit banks and have their players open accounts in the Bahamas for a fee.
Lots of fun in perspective.
