10 character limit is too limiting!

Everyone knows the fremen likes to impart salt of the earth wisdom in simple terms and short prose, and sometimes it just so happens I'm able to do so in 2 words or less. So why can't a fremen catch a break here and we get rid of the 10 character limit?


Oh yeah, and anjin-san only posts twice a month and that's just to lock threads that haven't violated any rules but offend him personally.

And this is why we needs more admins and slightly less mods. The only one who can do anything about this is Dennis, and he has other things on his mind.

Eh, i like the idea of dennis being the only one with the power to ban, it makes for good checks and balances.

Yea, the 10-char limit is ghey, but it can be bypassed just by putting other chars in white text. Tedious,i know, but it gets the job done.

Yet if Dennis leaves for a week, and we get two of those bots that literally spam up every thread in the forum, we are ****ed.

Not to mention we are running an old version of vB. Anyone pissed and skilled enough could make us explode, which makes me feel uncomfortable.

Is dennis the head administrator here? Sorry if that sounded retarded if he is, but I've just been here for a few days.

And on the subject, can't all administrators ban? I think if this Dennis approve of the member to the needed extent, that he should choose and dis-choose any administrator or moderator. Just a sugestion, since I don't think it's good to give autocratic power to someone who as some of you hint, only comes by once in a while.

If he's gone, spambot's and spam raiders gallore may invade with no one around with the authority to completly stop them.
