I didn't know this case was over until the other day when it came up in my Survery of the Music Industry class. I'm kinda surpised that Apple Computers came out on top here, but the ruling makes sense...sorta. I just think it's kinda ridiculous. This industry is so ****ed.

kinda old news to the AD crowed but so far Apple gets to keep its name,its silly tho,Apple is not a music producer/maker/studio they are a store front they managed to land the saleing of MP3s when the RIAA was shotting most other sites down so in all theres not much a case unless theres more to it....
