By the time most read this post, episode 2 will already have finished. But here is a link to the MLG circuit. Has anyone watched this yet?

On the Time Warner Cable programming list, the show is listed as "Sport". Ok, video games can fall under the heading of "Education", "Health", and now official "Sports". Cool. :)

Actually, the first regular [dedicated] games programme in the UK, 'GamesMaster' was always marked in the schedules as sport, and that was in 1992.

In fact, here (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-8790853500392771335) is the first episode in full.

This is good. This means at some point congress will stop passing unconstitutional laws and start investigating whether pro gamers use illegal drugs. And then they'll be distracted by the debate on whether killing your clone is murder or suicide.

Or if creating an opposite-gender clone and screwing it is masturbation or incest.

Unless we get idiots who think this will be a bredding ground for riots and violence.

I gotta admit though, I'm not a big sports fan and don't keep up with things like Baseball, Football, Basketball, or even car racing. But this MLG might actually get me interested in watching and keeping up with what's gonna on in that sport.
