The Mummy and The Mummy Returns are 2 movies that i can actually watch a few times, set them aside for awhile and then watch them again without them getting old. I find them rather enjoyable to this day. Its not like some movies you watch once and its done, but one that you can pop back in again and again and still find a good without seeming old

i really dont consider Scorpion King as part of the Mummy series, hell Scorpion King didnt even come with the Mummy box set (it was just Mummy 1 and 2 with a few other extras).
So as far as Scorpion King and The Mummy are in zero relationship other than in name. Too many things didnt match up or wasnt explained to connect the 3 movies other than in name. Still a fun movie though

ture, its more of a spin off but it holds the humor if not more than the 2 mummy flicks.
surprised its so fun tho its a shame most others are so devoid of story and humor ><

I L-O-V-E the Scorpion King. Yeah it isn't really part of the series but it is canon and it's one of my favorite Duane Johnson movies. BTW, he needs to go on the food network so we can finally smell what he's cooking. Hell he could have his own show and have a signature ingredient like Emril. Instead of Essence of Emril, it'd be The People's Spice.

Look at the recent 'franchise collection' boxset - it has both Mummies AND SK.
