Build a XP lite install disc

So anyone know how to build a nice small install thign of XP,I hear you can just remove some things out of the ISO you make and boom you have a working slimer version of XP.

Just install it and remove the stuff later. There are plenty of utilities that will halt processes and stuff like that, not to mention the utilities already included in Windows.
