Of course, it can go the other way too getting way too hyped for a game we know nothing about.

I am hopefully optimistic for the title; though I like BioWare a lot, so I am more inclined to be optimistic for one of their titles.

I might have recovered from my latest Star Wars related trauma by then, my nephew was playing with my 360 when I was at work and he deleted all my KotOR II saves, I was 20 hours in (throws head in hands and weeps).

Just wait for the FO MMO.... oh gawd the horrow ><I'm not hoping to play it, we aren't in a position to buy a PC to run it on for one thing but I'm hoping that it's good and lots of people play it so that the Star Wars brand doesn't suffer any more than it has already. It'd be sad if KotOR was dumped as an ongoing concern because of the failure of an MMO.

If they need a cash cow to keep it afloat let it die, because the next real kotor game will be a witless cash cow as well..... that said it should do ok even if it is not good.

I think mine will do well enough for the next 2ish years >< My PC is a Mac, an old G4 1.0, even if they do make it for OSX it'll only run on Intel Mac's.
However, by the time it comes out we may be ready to upgrade anyway. My brother is the tech in the family, he gets all his computer parts wholesale through some deal involving the group he volunteers for, computers for refugees or some such, he's offered to build me a gaming PC, when I've got the cash I might get him to do it.
