A few days a go, I responded to a thread in the legislation forum, and received a message that it was held for moderation. I've seen other threads added to in that forum since that time- so what's going on there? ^_^

Hmmm... I was unaware of this feature. It may have been implemented with a recent major vBulletin update. There were about 5 posts there, including your. It has been cleared and should be visible.

I've seen it happen occasionally in some forums for ECA members before. I know thefremen once complained about it.
