Convict sues T2 because of GTA

Here's a bit of news of the weird for folks. A convict who tried to sue Michael Vick for 63 BILLION dollars is now requesting a restraining order against GTA 4 and T2 (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=187228) because... and I quote...

The "Defendants put me in prison. I face imminent danger from violent inmates who played Grand Theft Auto who will knock me out and take my gold Jesus cross."

I wish I could make this stuff up.

Maybe he shouldn't wear his magical jesus cross then. Why are they letting him wear it anyway? he could use it as a weapon.

This guy has sued almost everyone in the world of something random that attributes to his being in jail. If you are famous or a well known company he will try and sue you claiming you are the reason he is in jail or that you owe him a crap load of money for some random reason.
