If you started smoking before the effects were made public, but were known by the tobacco industry, I think the case is legitimate. If you started smoking after, yes, you are an idiot. proper regulation, we need a draft to focus the amsses,if not a army draft at the least a American core to teach the populace discipline while they are young and what not and if you are wiling to sign up you can sublet for army duty and serve in combat zones.
