Smallville!!

Ok well, sometimes gamers and comic peeps go hand in hand. I must say that I am one of those individuals.

There is this little known show called Smallville and I think it is BAMF-mazing.

So I hereby create this thread to discuss Smallville, rant & rave about it, and even speculate about the future of the show.

There is however a toll....

I saw them filming it at a building at my university one time... they had decorated an actual science lab to look more sciencey, with miscellaneous bubbling/colourful liquids and the like. I saw the guy who played Lex Luthor... I guess other cast members were probably there too, but I don't watch the show, so I wasn't able to recognize any of the others.

It is a really good show. I was never into DC comics at all. I was always a Marvel person, mainly X-Men, but this show is pretty damn amazing and it has gotten me into the Superman history and my boyfriend and I talk about it. He is really into Superman so I have sucked him into the show. We really enjoy it.

I personally like the JLA shows where aquaman or The Flash will show up.

Not even Aquaman likes Aquaman. Seriously look at any Justice Friends episode, they had to make something happen in the ****ing water just so Aquaman could feel useful.

I don't really like the show, simply because of the crap they pulled in beginning of the series. Why in the **** was Luthor in Smallville! Why are they friends!? Oh wait I forgot it is on The WB, everything has to be a ****ing high school drama. I stopped watching after the first few episodes because they in my eyes were going to ruin the image of another comic. Just like the Ultimate Series ruined the Marvel Heroes.
