I posted a comment on a news ("ECA’s Halpin: Don’t Let Jack Thompson Be the Only Voice" if you want to pinpoint it) but for some reason, it doesn't appear on the page (even after 5 refreshes).

I tried to repost it, but it kept telling me I already posted it, even though it doesn't appear.

I tried to post another (different comment), and it does the same thing. Is that normal?

You're getting your post eaten as spam, same as me.

And yet another one. Now I feel mute.

Is the spam-filter going wild? Can one of the moderators explain this?

You are going through the guidelines, right? Give us the post right here. Let's see what you have in the body that would throw it off.

I haven't had a single post go through without being rescued for the last 3 days, so something is up....

@Garret

I suppose I am. The comment is here, it's just "invisible".

I often stays polite when I post.

Maybe my name (Pierre-Olivier) and/or my email address (pierreo.garcial@videotron.ca) are on some kind of black list since I haven't been able to post any comment since Yesterday.

And if so, why?

As others have said, it's the spam filter. Sometimes it just decides that perfectly normal people are spammers and blacklists them. I think we've all had it happen at one time or another, but hopefully Dennis can fix it.

I hope so. And I hope more that he (or another moderator) will notice.

I think Dennis and E.ZK are the only ones allowed to screw with the filter. Not even sure if E.ZK can..
