I'm in the middle of this game. I've taken down 5 or 6 Colossi so far.

I just HOPE that Sony makes a PS3 sequel of the game! I mean, if it looks this awesome on the PS2, and runs that great and all, just imagine it on the PS3!

Get ICO, also for PS2. While it came out several years earlier, it is likely the closest thing you're gonna get to a sequel, as it has been declared that Shadow is a distant prequel to it.

I still need to play it myself... But my brother has it now, so that should be easy to do.

Ah, a wonderful game, sadly my disc got mutilated right before I beat the last boss, so I never got to see the end. I meant to buy a new copy when it went down in price, but I seem to be perpetually broke while at the same time saving up for Otakon and Next-Gen. I'm sure I'll get it eventually though.

I saw the game in action, and it rocked. The battles are freakin epic. Only thing I didn't like much was the lacking of life in the country side.

I didn't like Shadows that much. Mostly, it was because I kept on dying against the first boss. I dont think that you need to be the master of all video games to beat the first boss.

Ah yes, the turtle... Oy, that one was pretty tricky.

Basic strategy, if I remember correctly, is to lure it over one of the geysers, so that when it goes off, it flips the turtle on it's side, at which point you can adhere yourself to it's stomach, and climb up it's side... Or something like that. I think you may have to get to it's neck area, where you can climb up on top of it... But I can't remember for sure. What I do remember is that sometime during the battle, you need to make a trek across it's shell. Great fun, that one, with barely anything to hold onto :P

Wow, this quickly became one of my favorite games. While the story was simple, the ending was brilliant. If you are having trouble with the final boss, or any part of the game, I will get you a link with movies that shows you how easy some folks make it look. As soon as I get home...
