I saw Bully in action.

A friend of mine recently got Bully, and I got to see it in action yesterday, and as we all knew, it was absolutely NOTHING like anyone was claiming. Not a single firearm save for the slingshot, and it isn't even close to lethal, the worst it does is stun people. The baseball bats and such do degrade, rather quickly(one of those didn't even last an entire fight) you can and do get i ntrouble for startign fights, skipping class, or if you get caught in making a prank. And as thought you never kill anyone. After you defeat a Bully, or say a Jock that started a fight with you, they just lay on the ground hurt, and you do have the choice to try and either talk it out to break up a fight, and you can do casual conversations with students. Like we thought, everything said about it was pure lies.

P.S.: sorry if this thread was already made before, I didn't feel too much like looking. And I'm back, but this thread isn't about that.

Wel lyeah, you can toss insult as well to bring attention onto yourself, and as I know it enlish class can help you coem up with better insults, or make you seem more sincere. And as always, Rockstar brings us soem top nothc voice acting.

I went through a whole day (in their time) and did nothing violent. so far as I've seen, every time you get into a situation you get a choice between a violent and a non violent way out.

Yep. You can verbally get out of or break up a fight, or, if that don't work, beat the tar out of them, but if you do certai nthings you become a bully.

Ah, so it looks like they've taken the possibility of a non-violent sandbox effect to a whole new level, and when they are undergoing the most criticism. Th egame sounds interesting and I plan to buy it eventually when I'm not broke/have other stuff to buy.

It's worth it. Honestly, the only gun reference i nthe game was a sightscope attached to Jimmy's slingshot.

Thanks PN. And hey, at least we haveusers who can vouch for Bully now. But ya, even if you do choose to go violent, you can't kill anyone or even knock them unconcious. In fac,t in one of the mission where you are a snipe,r when you bean someone with the slingshot it doesn't even knock them out, they run away.
