I cannot sign into WoW or onto the games site

I try entering my username and password and it tells me either the name or password is invalid. I tried signing in under their account management page and it tells me there was an error with signing me in, try again later. I am scared that some asshole hacked my account, how I don't know but that is the biggest possibility in my mind right now. Is anyone else having trouble logging into the game site? I know maintenance is today but I have never had trouble logging into the website before on maintenance days.

Yes i know that. I wasn't trying to log into the game. Though reading the title I can see why you would think I tried logging into the game, ahhh hilarity ensues when I diabetic is low. Just the games site was giving me problems.

Considering the login server for the game, the forums, and the website are the same, that could tell you something.

Considering, if memory serves, there was a notice that the website & forums would be having difficulty with logins during maintenance because of work on the authentication server, that might also tell you something.
