I actually like this approach. Rather blunt and in your face.

If I were a kid these days I'd give the bully a payload, then (through a proxy) upload doctored pix of him sucking off dogs on a beastie forum, then alerting (RULE 1) to the forum posts and the kid's myspace address.

Then he'll move and it won't be my problem anymore.
