I listen to that Mp3, and then had to put it in babelfish to translate. Here's what came out.

He is, indeed, an odd one. How did he start off on TV, anyhow? Wasn't he a correspondent or something?

Hey, how about a vs. match between O'Reilly and Nancy Grace? No, better yet, a deathmatch, yes!

Here's a deathmatch for 'ya.

I agree with Bill O’Rielly. As a girl who has dated guys who play video games, I have to say it is the most unsexy, unattractive, boring, addictive, time-consuming, and annoying habit. Girls hate it when their boyfriends or even guy friends obessively play, taking time away from more fun and productive activities like real life sports. Playing Madden is not a skill. A girl wants to see a guy run down a real football fieild, not an electronic one. It is not attractive when your thumbs have more muscle from using a controller than your bicepts. Women want real men who live in the real world, at all times. If you want to experience a fantasy world or escape from reality, make plans with your friends to see a movie, do something romantic for your girl/boyfriend, or participate in any other fun activity that does not include causing brain damage to yourself and others subjected to watch.

You know I see this so called female post on all kinds of sites with the same post, word for word. Guess she was pissed off because her "Boyfriend" had a hobby that wasn't spending all his time/money on her. This is the kind of girl men like to 101 all the time.

Edit* The sad thing is the most recent post was today, god I hate morons.

I don't think that's a gurl.

Probably some sexist person imitating a girl to give them a bad name.

Or if that post is earnest..

Well, she's probably blond:D

Sad thing is, I've heard the same sentiment so many times that even though I'm pretty sure that particular post is a random troll, there are girls who think like that. Hell, they even have support groups and whole websites devoted to hating gamers. It's really quite sad.

... and then people wonder why I don't talk to girls. I got sick of the eye-rolling and passive aggressive bullying years ago -- playing games is more fun than dealing with that crap.

Okay, this is not directed at women in general. Just this particular one (if this even is a woman.)

Girls hate it when their boyfriends or even guy friends obessively play, taking time away from more fun and productive activities like real life sports.

You mean like moving your furniture for you?

Playing Madden is not a skill. A girl wants to see a guy run down a real football fieild, not an electronic one. It is not attractive when your thumbs have more muscle from using a controller than your bicepts.

Biceps doesn't have a T in it, and the P, S, and T are not that close together on the keyword.

Women want real men who live in the real world, at all times.

The world where they're dating a bitch?

If you want to experience a fantasy world or escape from reality, make plans with your friends to see a movie, do something romantic for your girl/boyfriend,

That's not escaping from reality. That's probably what makes them want to escape from reality

or participate in any other fun activity that does not include causing brain damage to yourself and others subjected to watch.

You're not being subjected. You can leave the room. Which is probably what he wants you to do.

I feel better now.

Wonderful, then he can start what would be a promising football career only to have his knee blow out as he's about to go pro and he'll wind up fixing cars for a living because he doesn't have any smarts or other skills, while you take care of the kids in the trailer

Also, wasn't aware FIELD Had two I's

WOW...where to start...first of all, to set you guys straight...

I wont ever ask a man to move furniture for me...I do it myself. Plus the plumbing, electrical, repairing holes in the walls, fixing appliances, changing the tires (and I drive a TITAN)...I dont need any man to DO for me. I do for myself.

And secondly, to set that poor sad woman straight...

Who wants someone who is in the "real world" at all times? Wheres the fun in no imagination? Besides, gamers are sexy. Yeah I said it. (ok, maybe I'll limit that to console gamers :p ;) )

I LIKE going to movies.

Brain damage? My autistic son actually LEARNS productive social and mechanical skills by playing video games.

This woman probably picked up Mario Golf, couldnt master it and spazzed.

The nanny nazis are scay like that much like the PC nazis "its only fair untill you get to do it too" mentality they think a world devoid of thought and fun is a utopia, I call it hell, look at japan still one of the worlds highest suicide rate countries why is that they are over worked and over stressed, now lets remove all escapes and fun fro their and see what happens..it will make fedaul times look like a tea party, people need fun and escapes and adults need adult versions there of!

Most girls I know love my imagination.

And this, lady, probably wants the full experience. Date a highschool football player, get married during college, during college the guy wrecks his knee, preventing a pro career, which they were banking on, they live in a trailer, he fixes cars and drinks beer from now on.

Sorry, I know it doesn't always pan out like that, but I hate it when people bank on anything that has a single failure point and nothing to fall back on

ya he didn't have the smarts to run with the big boys (anchors and corespondents) so after awhile he worked on a news magazine show for a few years, inside edisiton I think, then he started up his show and reinvented himself, now he was not to bad back then but in 2K or in 99 he went ultra crazy and has only gotten worse since then.

Fox has a new game show with a lie detector, they need to hook Bill O'Reilly up to the lie detector and have Keith Olbermann asking the questions.

Speaking of Bill I sent him this e-mail yesterday as well as posting it to my blog. I thought you all might be interested in it.

To whom it may concern,

I am the proud son of a veteran, an American by birth and a southerner by the grace of God, though I no longer live in the south. I've watched your show from time to time and there are many times when I've found you to be both abrasive and condescending toward anyone who dares to disagree with you. However I feel I must speak out concerning a recent remark of yours regarding the V.A.'s statistics of our homeless veterans. According to them the numbers show that there are 195,000 (male and female) on any given nigh (their words here) and perhaps twice that number at some point during the year. I'd like to know what socialist, secular progressive, liberal propagandist site you'd care to blame these statistics on? You had the utter temerity to make a snide "I don't think its that many" comment to your guest as well as making the rather transparent statement that you'd make sure a veteran didn't sleep under a bridge if you were told that someone saw them at such and such a place. How dare you sir?

Like I said my father was a veteran. All of my uncles are veterans. One the teachers I had in college was a veteran of the second world war, one who had helped liberate one of the concentration camps. One of my best friends in the world is serving now. In the history of this country we have NEVER treated our wounded warriors right and its time that the American people spoke out about this. It is beyond the pale that even one veteran is homeless, it is offensive beyond reason that almost 200,000 of them are tonight. It is offensive that I hear so few of the republican candidates talking about what we're going to do about our honored wounded warriors. Our people should have the very best care available. What they get is far from it and as a citizen of the United States I will not sit by and allow this to pass without speaking out. I don't have money, I don't have position or authority; but what I do have is a voice and a blog and I intend to use it.
My question to you is this. What have you done to actually serve your country? Beyond going overseas with cameras and talking about how much you do, what have you done?

Have you ever given without turning it into a talking point on your show? Why not use your position to speak out about the horrendous problem of homelessness amongst out veterans? Maybe that wouldn't be good television, or maybe you think you can bully other people into doing it by name calling and dodging the real issues.

I'm not a kool-aid drinker myself, though you will likely try to spin it that way. I am a Christian, the son of a soldier, a gamer, I believe in fair play, justice and equity. I call on you to put your money where your mouth is. Put up the money to help build good low income housing for our homeless veterans. Put up the cash to help them get the mental health care that many of them desperately need. Add your voice to the people you claim to be looking out for and demand better treatment of our soldiers. Show some humility and reach across the board to people like Keith Olberman, and work together to get the word out about this. A lot could get done with the two of you speaking in one voice about this, unlikely though that outcome be.

The proud son of a veteran, and an American

John

Many thanks.

I tend to take this issue really seriously, because like I said, my dad and all my uncles have been in some branch of the military. In fact my uncle Stan, my dad's brother, served in the army core of engineers and as a paratrooper in world war 2, and after that served in Vietnam. After hearing Bill's comments I felt I needed to say something.

Sounds like he's becoming a Luddite in that anti-technology speech of his. But in the 80's he did a special report on the phenomenon known as...wait for it....Super Mario Bros! He's taking it all for granted. Those "has-nots" are the type of people that help set up his show. I'd like to see him fire those people and try to run the show all by himself, figure out how hard it is for people to hear him then.

I think that there should be some kind of IQ requirement to be allowed on tv, even as a guest as CL has shown
