Try Tabasco. Tabascoooooooo.

Yeah, Tabasco, not Tobacco.
Deep fry. Deep fry is always the answer.

Mmmm I don't have enough grease ...I think.
How long do you suggest to cook it in the sauce?
I was thinking of baking it in a convection oven on a wire rack for 30 min or so on 250,the reason for the low heat this convection oven likes crisping things fast,so 250 + air movement should seal and cook them well.

You don't cook things IN Tabasco sauce, you either mix it in a batter or a sauce.
You can make a batter out of italian bread crumbs and flour. Soak the chicken in an egg wash consiting of several eggs, vanilla, and Tabasco (only a DASH!, that stuff is powerful and not very flavorful, so use it VERY VERY sparingly).
Soak the chicken in the egg wash, then coat it in breading, then another egg wash, and then more breading, that's double breading and it's fantastic.
Prepare a frying pan with some Canola or Vegetable oil (your choice, canola is healthier) and drop the chicken in to fry until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. If it takes too long to cook the chiken (i.e. if the breading starts to burn before the chicken is done) cease doing the double breading, and just stick to a single coat.
