Ok, I'll admit it, I've never actually read these stories. Not even in school. I know OF many of them. But never actually read them.

And I'm even seeing, rather hearing, the influence of Lovecraft in other books and authors. That, of course, is already well known, but now -I- am hearing it. For example, Stephen King's Needful Things uses references from some of Lovecraft's work. Honestly, I never knew until now those references weren't King's.

I also find it interesting to listen to because, had I not known Lovecraft died in the 1930s, I would think some of these stories were brand new (at least in the last decade or so).
