this is a beta for my light mod,I dont think the USB style Christmas lights will cut it I need 3 or 4 flood LEDS 2 for the front 1 or 2 fr the tray and 1 more for the fan....mmmmmm

I could rework the leds to focus the light better but...meh

Meh to me their a bit ulgy,to many high and low points need to be better diffused,not bad for a first try. getting some flood type LEDs and see if they work better.

I forgot buy me a cam that can take night shots and I will take better pics :P


these are 5 Volt USB "Xmas lights" ,their thru the USB port,the effect is xmasy meaning hooky,thus I will move on to other lights,I can build a lil 12 to 5 volt adapter but thats not not problem it looks messy.

I could also power them off the USB power off the motherboard themself,but I don't like the look,perhaps I can hot glue the lights into position...mmmmm

BTW the PS2 model 1 has a 12V rail on it the power supplely puts out power while tis plugged into the outlet as fr amps definitely nothing over 200MA atho I have a few PS2 PSUs in any case the PS2 is a bit fickle so I want to keep the amperage at the lowest I can.
