I'm not trying to tell anyone who to vote for, but with so many politicians using games as a scapegoat, I thought this list might be useful to some when they go to the polls this November. Please add to this list. Be sure to include the politicians name, position, state, and party.

Hillary Clinton, U.S. Senator, D-NY

Rick Santorum, U.S. Senator, R-PA

Rod Blagojevich, Governor, D-IL

Jennifer Granholm, Governor, D-MI

Arnold Schwarzegger, Governor, R-CA

Fred Morgan, Running for U.S. Congress, R-OK, 5th Congressional District

Leeland Yee, Running for State Senator, D-CA, 8th District

Joe Lieberman, U.S. Senator, I-CT

Peter Roskam, Running for U.S. Congress, R-IL, 6th Congressional District

Sondy Pope-Roberts, State Congress, D-WI, Wisconsin Assembly District 79

Eliot Spitzer, Running for Governor, D-NY

I will list more later, since I'm unsure of who is up for reelection and who isn't. The ones listed definitely are. I'll also try to find the districts for the ones it's relevant for. Please contribute and, to the mods, please sticky this thread. Thank you.

I dont think the governator quite deserves to be on this list - he did sign California's bill but he didnt really have much choice. Correct me if I'm wrong but I dont recall him making any kind of a big deal about it.

Theory?

Only one Sticky? That needs to change.

I can tell you that as of this time Rick Santorum is behind his opponent Bob Casey 50% to 38%. Casey has been using info from Santorum's book in some of his ads and it appears to have worked.

For the record, I'm voting Green Party in the IL governor's race. Rod and Topinka both suck.

I though it was Granholm, not Holmgram.

Damn it! I always screw up that name. Thanks for the correction.

It makes me sad that to get rid of these ****ers, in most cases you're forced to vote Republican.

Arnold Schwarzegger, Governor, D-CA

I thought he was a republican.

So far, I've fixed two mistakes. Please point out any more that you see. The election is only two days away.

this is one of those times where I'm glad I'm not American, I dont have to vote for any of these jokers.

None of these guys happen to be from my state, so I'd say I'm ok for the moment. Video game legislature doesn't seem to be doing much here in Alabama.

Bumping this because it's election day. One little addition: California State Assemblywoman Audra Strickland voted against Leland Yee's bill. If want more information on these and other elections, check the front page of www.gamepolitics.com.

So far the projections from MSNBC are showing that Lieberman, Granholm, Blagojevich, and Brad Henry have won their races. Santorum is being absolutely crushed. Latest in showing Bob Casey Jr. winning with 66% percent of the vote to Santorum's 48%.

Edit: Santorum has just conceded to Bob Casey. Casey has a huge lead over him 62% to 38%.

Yeah, Fox Detroit just said that Granholm has pretty much won this thing. Guess it goes to show how powerful the parental vote is, huh.

Okay, seriously. Why don't you get rid of this thread? It's not like anything new is going to happen in the next one and a half years.

No, he bitched and moaned about it far too much. He also appealed against the ruling, which didn't work.

I am still floored what Jennifer Granholm did to gamers... This state needs money and back then she could have tried to have E3 in michigan. Since there was desire to leave california. She really jsut argg... blew it >_<

He's announced recently he intends to further pursue the appeal.
