I changed around the settings some made the sparks it shot smaller and faster and change the alt fire to shoot floating energy grenades it was evil I am fooling with Q4 currently getting no where on it soon I will be getting in Ut 03 so I can unnerf the weapons.

need to dig up info to understand how to make UT03 mods I can add a weapon you summon but would rather have a full replacement of it not something you have to summon all the time..

http://3dbuzz.com/ is a good resource for creating custom content for UT2k3 and UT2k4. Well at least it used to be, I haven't been there in a while. They had really good video tutorials. They were the ones who made the DVD that came with the Special Edition of UT2k4. They also had a bunch of text and picture tutorials on web sites. The forums are pretty good there for getting help too.

I am moving up from 03 it has to many... nuances in its codeing style.....04 seems allot more forgiving.
