PS:I was referring to the voice that translates things.....not the smart/nerd voice hes to busy building gadgets and planing to conqueror the world in some off the wall scheme...

We cannot understand Zippy because the TARDIS either exploded or simply refuses to translate. It has been known to refuse to translate Vogon poetry too.
