So why not have a Hal Halpin thread? I think the Q&A went well today, and answered most of my questions (exceptions being when will that ps3 drawing will take place and if the Halpin bros took on the Waschowski bros in a team dm game of ut2k4 who would win).
I hope more people join the ECA, it's much better idea than joining PETA after all.

Great idea!
:D
That was an excellent session (http://gamepolitics.com/2007/01/19/ask-hal-halpin-today-on-gamepolitics/) with GP readers and Hal yesterday...

I'm definitely joining the ECA after I get a job and make some money, after getting myself a new computer of course >.>

Hey Guys. I've been trying to make time to read through Comments on GP and Threads here in Forums, and I have to say that I'm regularly blown-away by great feedback (both of the constructive and complimentary types) and sense of humor of our members and GP/GC readers.
One of the nicest names I've been called was leveled by "Simon Roberts" in a post related to by brief participation on that CBS spot last week, where he called me the Highlander! Hey, I'll take that one! And it's a lot better than a few years ago where there was a whole discussion about my old hairstyle - which had mixed reviews ;) So to answer the question, I'm 38 - born September 1, 1969.
As for the not-aging... I wish that were the case! It is something that I hear often from colleagues in the business now that I think about it, but that's likely to due to the aforementioned sticking with the same haircut for a long time. :)
I don't believe it's been announced yet, but I'll be doing a Q&A at PAX in August with Geoff Keighley - so I'm sure there'll be a lot more of my secrets exposed.
OK, back to answering media questions about GTA and helping ECA master the universe! Thanks again for the kind words.
-Hal.
